Tony Robert Cochran - current warnings
CURRENT WARNINGS
EV Elliott (Tony Cochran) agreed to speak at the anti-capitalist conference in phoenix this weekend over 2 months ago he said that he would cover his own travel expenses and would only need a hotel room for one night he ignored multiple emails asking him to confirm but posted fundraising requests that many of you probably contributed to.
After so many failed requests for confirmation we no longer expected him to be coming to the event on Jan 30th, He hit several of us up saying that he had rented a car and driven to Las Vegas and he asked if he could have a hotel room for a week food covered by our collective and $200 as a speaker fee we let him know that we did not have a budget for that nobody at the conference is receiving a speaker fee we scrambled to find housing for him and a member of the collective offered to let him stay at his house.
EV (Tony) arrived in town last night and was welcomed into this person’s home who considered him a friend because they have been talking online for months he had another person with him Aaron when my collective member had to go to work that night he left EV Tony with his roommates who were working on moving into their new apartment at some point in between moves the roommates walked in on EV (Tony) in their bedroom he seemed flustered said he needed to go somewhere and left the apartment he did not answer any phone calls and nobody has heard from him.
The roommate’s wallet was sitting on her bed and is now missing I has her ID her school id her EBT card she is not in a position to easily replace those things EV has blocked me and my collective member on facebook without either of us getting ahold of him or accusing him of anything so it now seems obvious what happened.
I am posting this here because I do not want anyone else to have a similar experience I am shocked that anyone in this struggle would do this to their comrades I am not an overdramatic person and don’t usually share much that is personal on the internet but this is obviously an extreme situation if anyone has the ability to get ahold of EV please ask him to at least return the roommate’s IDs and wallets so as not to contribute further to her obstacles in life.
Thank you and I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news I’m posting this because many people I’ve talked to have donated to this person and now they feel betrayed after being called out he started accusing everyone an employee of the state department to try and hide from the accusations although he is not an anarchist he seems to be popular in far left circles be wary of this person and I would warn against donating any amount to him this person has now changed their facebook name again so honestly be careful of anyone with a name that resembles the two names provided here.
